Halo independent reading blog 327 words

So I got a new halo book on my dad’s Ipad, which means I can get it for free on any apple that has the ibooks app on it.

I believe that he was a lieutenant in the USNC, Lieutenant Jacob Keyes. He was sent on a mission with Dr. Hasley to check on a six year old boy named John, yet Dr. Hasley calls him subject-117. She has trouble connecting with her subject, just in case they die or she has to kill them. She (although this isn’t directly mentioned in the book goes to a bunch more six year olds. They are eventually taken from their parents and brought to reach- an imperial shipyard that is the primary beyond earth. They are told that they can’t return to their families and that’s bad. They were trained ruthlessly to be turned into the badass standard of living and went through training mission after training mission until they were turned into super solders, they were injected with lots of stuff that changes their awesomeness to the brink. They were super strong, they could dodge bullets, run at extremely high speeds and think at the same speed as they could move. Genetically engineered super solders, gods of the battlefield. so they are taken to a secret research facility on the outskirts of USNC space to try on a armor system that killed all others that tried it on. (You see when you barely moved the suit multiplied that by a factor of five, so when the other people tried it on and moved it sprang lightning fast and broke their bones, their reaction broke more and their spasms practically killed them.) The techs there placed on the 500 pound armor on their bodies starting with John, it form fitted to him. Like a second skin…

I’m only half way through the book and this right here isn’t even that much so I’ve got a long way to go…
